The Lansing Christian School Foundation is a 501c3 charitable organization that exists to glorify God through fund development efforts. The Foundation was created in 2007 for the sole purpose of cultivating donor relationships with those who support the mission of Lansing Christian School, and by being a Christ-like steward of all our resources. The Foundation raises funds for current LCS needs and develop endowments to support the long-term financial health of the school. Annual gifts supplement tuition to cover operating expenses, enhance educational opportunities, and provide tuition scholarships and grants.
The LCS Foundation Board is comprised of up to 30 individuals representing both LCS association members and community supporters of Lansing Christian School. The board will meet three times a year.
The Executive Committee of the LCS Foundation Board oversees the operations of the Foundation including the strategic planning and its execution, the budget, and adherence to the Foundation’s investment policy statement. Additional committees will include: Finance, Planned Giving, Volunteer, Marketing/Communication, and Events committees.
