Giving Opportunities
Lansing Christian School has a long tradition of keeping tuition costs down to enable families who desire a quality Christian education for their children to attend LCS.
Because most families do not pay for the full cost of their child’s education, LCS depends on financial gifts by donors to supplement tuition. More than half of the children attending LCS in 2009-10 received some level of tuition scholarships or grants.
The Foundation raises money to meet current financial needs of the school and to establish funds for the future. The 2009-2010 needs include:
$600,000 Gifts to supplement tuition income
$200,000 Tuition Assistance for 2011-2012
$ 50,000 Endowment
