The winner of the competition was Chefs Kevin Stacey & Jeremy Mourey of Premiere Food Service presenting Seoul Korean Tacos.

Second place was Chef Daniel R Nelson of Eagle Eye Golf Club presenting a Pheasant Spring Roll.

Third place was Executive Chef Kevin Cronin of Dusty's Cellar & Wine Bar presenting a Duck Mole.
